A roofing website built for the week after a storm.

After a storm every roof in town needs looking at, and every homeowner is working out who is local and who just showed up in a rented truck. They check for a real address, real work and a real way to reach you. Your website is that check.

The week, with a system under it

The same week, held level.

Every line here is a lead from your own website. The site catches it and tells you. The optional AI Office Manager is what answers it, keeps it, and puts it on the record.

How the choice gets made

How a roofer gets picked.

The week after a storm is not a normal week. Every roof in the zip code needs looking at, homeowners are getting knocked on by crews they have never heard of, and the first thing they do is work out who is actually from here. A local address, photographs of real roofs, and a name attached to this town are what that check is looking for.

The second thing they do is get careful about money, because a roof is a number nobody budgeted for. Some are dealing with an insurer and some are paying out of pocket, and both are trying to work out what the process even looks like before they let anyone up a ladder. Pages that lay out how an inspection runs and what a written estimate contains take the fear out of that.

Roofing is also the trade where the site does the most work before anybody speaks, because a homeowner cannot inspect what they are buying. What they judge instead is how carefully you describe it. A page explaining decking, underlayment and flashing in words a person can follow reads as somebody who has been on a roof.

What the calendar does to it

Storm season sets the shape of the year and it does not send a calendar invite. The quiet months are what inspections, gutter work and maintenance pages are for, and the storm weeks are when a site that was already there beats one that goes up afterwards.

Your pages

A page for every job you get asked for.

These are the services a roofer gets asked for. On the multi-page sizes each one gets its own page. On the one page size they are the sections that page is built from.

  • Roof replacement. The biggest number on the site, from decking through to what happens to the old material.
  • Storm and hail damage repair. The search that spikes the week after weather, and the page that shows you were here before the trucks were.
  • Leak repair. A stain on a ceiling is where a roofing relationship often starts, and it is not the whole roof reader.
  • Roof inspections. The lowest commitment thing you offer, and the front door to everything else on the site.
  • Insurance claim support. Homeowners search this phrase after a storm. It says how you work alongside them, never what a policy covers.
  • Flashing and vent repair. The specific searches that prove you do repair work and not only replacement.
  • Skylight repair. A narrow search with little written to answer it, and a job people assume needs a specialist.
  • Metal roofing. A different product and a different buyer, so it never reads well inside the replacement page.
  • Gutter installation and repair. The add on that turns one roof job into two, in every wet month of the year.
And you write none of it

We write every word of these pages. No content questionnaire, no homework, nothing left for you to finish on the week you are booked solid. Lead capture and owner alerts are built into the site itself, on every size, with nothing to switch on.

Three sizes

Pick the size that fits the business.

The parts are the same in all three. The size decides how much of your business the site covers.

Size 01One page
$75/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $1,497 in one payment

Everything on one page, built to carry the whole business.

Size 02Multi-page
$149/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $2,997 in one payment

A page for every service you sell, the way homeowners search.

Size 03Full footprint
$249/mo

30 months, then it is yours

or $4,995 in one payment

The whole footprint of the business, plus priority support.

Both payment paths side by side, with the arithmetic printed where you can check it: see the pricing page →

Book a short call Not sure which size fits? That is what the call is for. We will tell you which one we would build for a roofer.
Before you pay · The preview

You are buying the site, not a promise.

We build it first. What you approve is what goes live.

You see the finished site before a dollar moves. We hand build it after one short call, and nothing starts until you have looked at it.

Approving it is what starts payment. Not a deposit, and not a signature on a mockup.

Tell us what is wrong and we take another pass. Or walk away and owe nothing at all.

It publishes on your own domain. Yours from day one, whichever way you pay for the site.

Straight answers

Questions about roofers.

Can the site say we work with insurance claims?

It can say that you work alongside homeowners through the process, and that is where the line sits. What it will not do is tell a homeowner what their policy covers or what an adjuster will decide, because neither of those is yours to say. Describing your own side of it, the inspection, the documentation you hand over, and who they talk to along the way, is what they were searching for anyway.

Storm season is when we get work. Does a website help in a normal month?

The quiet months are what build the storm weeks. A site that has been sitting there being useful since spring is the one a homeowner finds in October, and inspections, leak repair and gutter work are what keep it earning while nothing is falling out of the sky. The page somebody reads in March can be why they remember you in December.

Every roofer says they use the best materials. How is our site different?

By being specific where a page of adjectives is general. Naming the decking, the underlayment, the ice and water shield and what happens at the valleys says more than any adjective can, and it is a claim only somebody who does the work can make. Your pages say what you actually do, in detail a homeowner can check.

Do you build for roofers?

Yes. We build for any local business that runs on jobs, and your site gets built around the work you actually do: the services you sell, the jobs you want more of, and the town you do them in. Your preview is hand built for your business, not a template with your name dropped into it. If something we wrote is wrong about how the work runs, you tell us and we fix it.

What does a website for a roofer cost?

Three sizes. One page is $1,497, multi-page is $2,997, the full footprint is $4,995, paid once. Or take the monthly path at $75, $149 or $249 a month for 30 months, and at the end of the 30 the site is yours. All three side by side, both payment paths, and the arithmetic printed where you can check it: see the pricing page.

How does the monthly path work?

You pick your size and make 30 monthly payments. All 30 payments, and the website is yours: hosting included, nothing further required. Every one of those months also includes the work that keeps the site running, which is hosting, security, released standard website updates, and support. The monthly, the term and the arithmetic behind it are printed on the pricing page.

What if I stop paying before the 30 months are up?

It is one commitment, and it runs both ways. You commit to the 30 payments; we commit to building it, hosting it, securing it and keeping it updated the whole way, and handing it over at the end. If you stop before then, the site comes down when the paid month ends and the payments already made are not refunded. A missed payment gets a 30 day grace period with everything still running. On the one payment path none of this applies: the site is yours the day it goes live.

Do I actually own it?

Yes, on either path: the day you pay in full, or the moment the thirtieth monthly payment settles. You own your domain, the content you give us, and your business data from day one regardless of path. One thing we would rather state than bury: it runs on our managed platform and is not portable to another host. You own the site and everything you brought to it, and it lives where we run it, hosting included.

Do I have to take a subscription?

No. The website is a purchase, not a subscription. Lead capture and owner alerts are part of the site itself and keep working whether or not you ever add anything to it. The optional AI Office Manager, which answers the leads your website produces and keeps them on the record, is a separate monthly service, and the website never depends on it.

Will it put me at the top of Google?

We are not going to promise you a ranking, a lead count, or a number of jobs, because none of those are ours to promise and anybody who does promise them is guessing. What we build is the thing all of that depends on: a site structured around the services you sell and the town you sell them in, published on your own domain, written to get a homeowner to ask.

Dead level

One call and you will know.

About thirty minutes about your town, your jobs, and what a roofer actually needs the site to do. You will know exactly what we would build and what it costs, and there is nothing to decide on the call.
